The more you play at Luxbet, the more you earn. Our five-tier VIP program rewards every bet you place with exclusive perks, higher cashback, and a personalised service experience.
Each tier comes with its own set of perks — the higher you climb, the greater the rewards. Every member starts their journey at Bronze.
Luxbet's VIP system is refreshingly simple — every bet you place earns points, and as those points accumulate, your tier goes up. No separate applications, no forms to fill out. The moment you hit the qualifying amount, the system automatically upgrades your tier and sends you a notification.
You earn points on every bet placed in Sports Betting and Live Casino. Each spin in slot games adds points too. Just keep in mind that bets made with bonus money generally earn fewer points.
Once you reach the Diamond tier, you can hold that status for life — provided you maintain a minimum level of activity each calendar year. Inactive members' tiers are subject to review, as detailed in Luxbet's terms and conditions.

At most betting sites, a VIP program just means a slightly higher bonus percentage. At Luxbet, it's a different story. Being a VIP member means you're getting a whole different level of service — where your name is remembered, your preferences are understood, and you never have to wait when something goes wrong.
From the Gold tier onwards, every VIP member is assigned a personal account manager. This manager speaks Bengali, understands your account inside out, and can resolve any issue directly. No more waiting in the standard support queue.
Luxbet Diamond VIP members unlock benefits that are truly in a class of their own. First, there's no daily withdrawal limit — you can cash out every penny of your winnings in a single day. Second, you get access to exclusive private tables in the Live Casino that are closed to regular members. Third, Diamond VIP members receive personal invitations to major tournaments and special events.
The cashback system is a real highlight. Each week, a set percentage of your net losses is calculated and returned to you. It lands in your wallet automatically every Monday morning — no code needed, no application required. Luxbet believes in giving back to the members who place their trust in the platform.
If you're wondering — "Do I really bet enough to qualify?" — the answer is that Bronze tier already comes with solid benefits at Luxbet. Starting from as little as ৳300, regular weekly betting is all it takes to move from Bronze to Silver without too long a wait. During big events like a Bangladesh cricket series or a World Cup, your everyday betting will build up points even faster.
Another great feature of Luxbet's VIP program is its flexible point expiry policy. As long as you keep logging in regularly, your accumulated points won't be deducted. So you can start today and progress at your own pace.
Cashback bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet, not your main wallet. Once you meet the 1x wagering requirement, the funds can be transferred to your main balance.
All VIP members from the Silver tier and above enjoy extra perks. Here's a quick overview of the key benefits.
Gold+ members get a dedicated Bengali-speaking account manager who is directly reachable at any time.
Starting from Silver, your daily withdrawal limit increases with each tier — and at Diamond, there's no limit at all.
5% to 20% cashback on net losses, credited automatically every Monday morning.
Gold+ members receive free betting credits every month — available to use with no strings attached.
Platinum and Diamond members receive invitations to exclusive tournaments and private promotions.
Diamond VIP members get access to exclusive high-limit live tables with the highest betting caps available.
Everything changed after I became a Gold VIP at Luxbet. My manager is always just a message away, withdrawals are so much faster now, and the extra cashback during cricket season really makes a difference.
The unlimited withdrawals since reaching Diamond are what I love most. When I win big on a match, I can cash out everything at once — no hassle at all. The private table access is a great touch too.
Ever since hitting Silver, the weekly rewards have kept coming. It feels like more than just a betting site — Luxbet genuinely gives me value. The bonuses arrive on their own; I never have to ask.
Loyalty points at Luxbet aren't just for show — they can be redeemed for real rewards. Every 1,000 points equals ৳100 in bonus cash. You can also convert them into free spins: 1,000 points gets you 20 free spins.
During special events, point values can double or even triple. For major Bangladesh matches or festive occasions, Luxbet activates special point multipliers — playing a little more during those windows can accelerate your points significantly.
Redeeming points is just as straightforward. Head to the 'My Rewards' section in your account and convert them directly into your preferred reward. Diamond members can also redeem points for even higher-value rewards.
A few smart moves can help you rise through the Luxbet VIP tiers much faster. First, slots earn points at the highest rate — 50% more than Sports Betting — so it's worth mixing in some slot play. Second, make sure you're active during special point multiplier events; those windows are too valuable to miss.
Third, spend some time in the Live Casino. Point earn rates are higher here than in Sports Betting, and live table bets tend to be larger as well. Playing Luxbet's live baccarat or roulette regularly is a great way to rack up points quickly.
Betting an average of ৳500 per day makes it possible to move from Bronze to Silver in roughly 3–4 weeks. During major events like a World Cup, regular betting activity can get you there even faster.
